Aussietom, did you have any luck with the email contact? I once emailed Meakin directly and he responded quickly. I do thinks some kind of info should be provided on dividend timing. Last we heard was that some sort of deal was underway and announcing a dividend could impact on that. Very vague. They are trying to dispose the remaining bunch of houses and it may be related, but in any case monies are coming in from the existing leases on these and the leases on the multifamily dwellings, so its not as though there is nothing in the till to pay the dividends from.
