in feb 2017 look to have sealed the same USL lithium deal that thor now has in place?

then China Africa Resources plc (LON:CAF) change their name to Pembridge Resourses PERE)...

and Pembridge get mentioned in thor rns...

and paul johnson has an interest in both CAF/PERE and thor?

a bit incestious? i wonder what could be going on here? i'm sure its all above board and an honest transaction...

i'd love to hear an explanation?
