With this latest surprise Govt. intervention in several mining plays involving overseas parties ..... and particularly AFTER their plans have been well discussed (with the authorities) and operations are well advanced......is it any wonder why Africa remains an unproductive dust bowl?
Don't mean to be disrespectful, just feel sad for their main population missing out.
