G'day,
Just a personal opinion on portfolios they have..... a mix of residential, industrial, commercial.... market cap, and history chart.... when this bubble bust, they will not go bankrupt but they will be less than half of this current SP.....
SCG is also worth a look IMHO..... MGR can also be the play..... they all will go down.... I do prefer best SGP for this play.....
