i have no doubt this will be 25c when the shares are listed. That is not a negative that is just people trading as that what they do.
If we can really gel these two companies together in 12 months i doubt we will be under 30c.

3.5mil shares to vendor
21.6mill shares added.
90 mill currently in circ
51.7mil in potential performance and previous acquisition shares
Give us around 163.52mill if fully diluted. @ 25c a MC of 40.9mil.

though i guess we will get a notice very soon on this.

So what $ do we need to bring in for us to retain this MC?

If we can generate an EBITDA of 3.5mil Does that a PE of 10x?
