The ASX release of 30 May says "The Board Magna Mining NL wishes to advise that they have agreed to place to non-related parties, 60m options...."
Today I went over the Placement Prospectus, an ASX release of 6 June, and found that I could have subscribed for some of the 60m options, by completing the application form that was attached to the prospectus. How can that be?
Reading the May 30th ASX release, I thought it was a private placement with "sophiticated" investors (i.e. smart money), not a public issue. So I missed out on making a quick 1.2c per share.
Did any of you guys manage to get some?
