With respect, Bradley, you know a lot more than you are telling. Why are we being treated like mushrooms? An explanation of why this deal was struck, and why it hasn't been axed is long overdue. If we are told nothing how can we make an informed vote? The committed shareholders are dying the death of a thousand cuts and are abandoning ship (see today's price). The carpet-baggers buying in will take the offer, but that is how it is supposed to be, isn't it?

I now have grave doubts of the business acumen of the board. I'm a bit of a slow learner I guess. They didn't read the signs in Georgia well and totally botched the Gammon Lake JV so this should be no surprise. It's the scale of the stuff-up that amazes me.
