My understanding of the apartmentdevelopments.com.au website is that it is a referral site for developers.As such it refers enquiries to the developers.This was the first model Mark Mendel of iBuyNew tried and was told by the developers that if he was able to sell the properties himself they would gladly pay him a commission. iBuyNew has always had sales agents as such it is really a real estate agency.The recent sales agents the company has employed are commission only.Refer attached article that explains iBuyNew model.
