they just sneaked it in from EDE bank account, though they have no right to use any of it, just the way things are structured (company wise) they are allowed to do such things to confuse the unexpected. But it is stated in the quarterlies that TAS does not have access to it, but merely there for accounting purposes. To find TAS's actual bank balance you need to look at Section 5.1.
