    Well Tony certainly thinks they will be. If information comes to hand that is going to delay the projected start up time then I would think they would have a duty to disclose it. Page 20 quite clearly states expected production of Kipushi Q4 2017. Either way if he can flip this asset for ten times and it takes an extra 6 - 12 months I'm cool with that.
