wdog, if they go bankrupt then obviously there may be a headache but they are a multinational company and capping the investment at 250k so id say they can cover the risk. 18%, so what? haha i didnt realise we were having a pissing contest. i just mentioned it as a fact to explain to you guys.
and no there is no guarentee the 18% will continue, i said 10%. so if they are true to their word and/or the contract is as good as the lawyer says it is then the 10% is a nice minimum to fall back on.
