With the SGH win ref Mannus - how relevant do u reckon their associations would be with the various "class Action Funders " - I am thinking very .
A bit of recent noise lately about SGH involvement in a class action against VW ( rightly or wrongly )
Do u know what sort of a deal class action funders enter into with Law firms - is it on all risk basis - with a big split of the legal fee . How would it feature on the Balance Sheet ?
Lots of talk about the cost to SGH to fund these big legal cases ....however if they are funded by a 3 rd party , then the strain on cash flow is significantly reduced .
