<> Total raised US$41.23 million at British pence 41p-15.5% Premium to previous day price.

<>Newcrest participation was US$40m with US$1.23m placed with Ecuadorian investors.

<>From 10% holder, Newcrest has today become a 14.54% Shareholder in Solgold.
