    I did a valuation a little while ago & since then TEY has surged so what you alude to is about correct but somebody keeps selling down on any surge so until that clown runs out of sell stock then LEF is stuck in the pit of 'undervalued stock' along with a couple of others I have namely IPT & CRL.

    Such is life!!
