Agree with you totally on this but there was a mention that it will likely be completed in end May..so some patience and update shoud be coming hopefully this month.
The Share price drop arised from possibly a culmination of reasons but likely a number of early investors were flipping stock as mentioned before. Management should have been more prudent on who they were bringing on board. Take a bow management to these individuals who brought your market cap close to half to what it was originlly ipo for.
