You are thinking right. But eastern gas markets is so tight right now. Wholesale gas prices are moving higher and higher. Difficult to get a long term contract. Gas margins will be higher that $5.50 per gj.
Unfortunately, Watsia is in WA and will be competing with bigger suppliers to supply Perth.
Also, the valuations of Lattice will have to reflect AWE's valuation.
