There's only so many ways a company can raise that sort of money, most of which will dilute SH's. NLI has no revenue and no partner with big pockets but they talk about spending $200m to $400m they don't have and really have very little chance of getting their hands on with a 10Mt to 15Mt resource. Complete joke. Oh, wait, it's in Portugal so suddenly the resource size and project economics don't matter.
