I think that if you look a bit further a field you will see china is the sole supplier of real Dysprosium, if the world suffers again the shortage or fear of China stopping exports you will see Ntu as the only outside producer(small) and the share price rocket. Don't be fooled Goofy in that the world will continue as roses these are dynamic times .
