None of that matters when they are giving away $100 gift cards for every listing that finds a tenant. REA make all their money on the sales side and give agents the rental listings for nothing, and REA has 3 times the listing volume for most suburbs. Admittedly their internet and walkability features are good but that means squat when you don't have critical mass.
Now I made a lot of money out of RNT when it got to 50c but I don't see a path to anything good in the immediate future for this company.
