Short term I am not worried.

Long term is what I look at. I buy for 10 years which is really about the people making the decisions.

I you are a trader then next dividend is probably a consideration. Not for me.

Diversify your LICs for short term insurance. Pick good long term performers for long term.

There are many new LICs with very short performance data. I am going to wait to see what happens when the market shifts. Some of them will be great, some will be all hot air in hindsight.
