City Hunter, Mac Bank (like many other investment Banks) take a put here and there on very high risk projects and companies. Empire is a case in point. Absolutely no guarantee of success and if you track the share price / financials etc for this company, well there is further proof of this. NT has already been explored, and no, the Share Price for this will never skyrocket.
