watch out for tics. keep some lime around and throw it in the pen every so often.

I miss my chooks.....I built a pen that Houdini couldn't escape from but alas foxes or dogs know how to break and enter.

next pen I'm building I will sink a barrier into the ground about 500mm probably steel plate or at least brick

by the time I finished mine it also cost a bomb. the missus was a bit confused as to why I would spend a zillion dollars on a pen when she could go to the shop and get a dozen for a few dollars.
