Sydney - Thursday - September 18: (RWE) - Adamus Resources will acquire 90 per cent of the Anwia Project and take a controlling interest in tenure covering both northern and southern strike extensions of the Main Salman Trend.
The acquisitions will add almost a quarter of a million ounces in gold resources and triple the company's current land holding on the Ashanti Trend, giving Adamus immediate scale.
Following shareholder approval, Adamus will take control of a substantial part of the Southern Ashanti trend, consolidating a regional project encompassing a total area of 253 square kilometres.
The Anwia deposit is reported to contain an indicated resource of 220,000 ounces and the Salman Project features extensive surface mineralisation extending over a strike length of 4.8 kilometres.
