the DDDO exercise price is 0.7 cents

the higher the share prices goes up, the more DDDO will trade at a price of 0.7 cents below the DDD share price

when DDD is 0.6 cents, you can buy two DDDO for the same price

but once DDD reaches say 2.7 cents, you can only buy 1.35 DDDO for the same price

this affects the DDDO valuation

at 2.5 cent DDD price, DDDO would be expected to trade at around 1.8 to 1.9 cents
