Ann: AUP - NTA Estimate $4.65, page-3

could someone explain this to me.

How is it AUP has had VERY GOOD EPS and DIV per share GROWING for the last 8yrs, very good record of growth, very little debt, yet its stock has been in decline, am I missing something here?

Is this just a brilliant opportunity to buy?
or is there something fundermentally wrong with the company?

im guessing people don't like the fact its only got a market cap of $10m and its very Illiquid

Buts its EPS growth is great and its divvies are great?


so whys the stock down so much?
