I personally think 0.006/0.007 are there to accumulate more shares.
2 cents is highly likely! As mc will be still below $12 million. Which imo for that kind of project still is too cheap!
2 cents = minimum of 0.013 or higher in options
Which means x6 or x7 from 0.002
