yep agreed, nothing wrong here. In fact, this is often common place for directors with oppies and is really a show of faith cos if he wasn't confident he simply would not have exercised the options and just let them expire. Sure would be nice if he just had the $600k, but not everyone does. Anyway, hopefully not too long for the rest of us!
