Stratex have been badly, if not criminally, mismanaged for a very long time. They now have a new CEO, but they are bleeding cash. They needed a new near term project to give them the badly needed cash flow.
The new guy seems to be doing a root and branch purge of old staff and projects. He is not the best communicator. For me the jury is out on this.
