Just had a look at the 2016 annual report balance sheet. Taking out all intangible assets it gives a net asset backing per share of about 20c. Any future settlement I expect is easily covered by current earnings. Mr Market has sure discounted the crap out of CCV. I wonder if its looking attractive from a takeover perspective?
