Or a confirmed MSOW if distribution, yep, but I believe the PS/PSY, SCX/BCX, and AR followed by a ST sets a range as the AR and ST confirm the SCX or BCX, from there can Mark PhaseA/B accordingly but yes Phase C/D/E need confirmation with a confirmed SOS/SOW otherwise back to ranging in Phase B.
