it's kind of pertinent, tbh. If the right is for all gold, and AUR finds a copper-gold resource with 50% Au value, and MLX owns all of it...then AUR could be stuck having to give the gold from the ore to MLX for dick. Whereas if it's for Au-only resources and AUR finds a polymetallic where Au is a co-product or by-product (eg; as a credit to smelting chalcopyrite ores) then MLX get's dick.
Makes you wish that these agreements were properly explained to shareholders.
