Any micro cap oiler that has survived the oil crash is a miracle in itself, AKK management had two choices, insolvency or dilute yourself to survive and restructure the Company, it has chosen the later and is now a different Company in a different environment but with plenty of headwinds...it will either make it or it won't and it's why it's very high risk...if you invest knowing that then just let it get on with the job ...
What's happened to previous shareholders is history like with many others and I was one myself, the reset button has been pushed, we will see what happens this time around....
