call me a cynic HB, but reading that notice they REALLY stressed how much debt they were going to load the company up with. They REALLY want this deal to go through and there's nothing like the word DEBT and PAYMENT OF DIVIDENDS WILL NOT BE A PRIORITY to make a punter offload their shares.
