Well, I haven't been keeping my eye on this stock quite closely enough ... The announcement came out yesterday that Flight Centre had reached in principle agreement with Pacific Equity Partners

I sold today at $17.67. I'm no financial analyst, but the huge amount of debt that is going to be raised to buy back shares worries me.

As before, I'll sit on the fences until the shareholders vote to decide on the outcome of this. I'm more than happy to have money sitting in this company given the current management and current financial position ... a lot less so after a leveraged buyout.

And I probably could make more money by sitting on my shares and waiting, but once again I'll say that a "bird in the hand is worth two in the bush".
