You've combined a couple of posts there from quite different times by the looks...
Is the first part mine, or somebody else's, from times back? I don't recall inferring MCR would need any CR... In fact, if gold holds anywhere around these levels I'd be expecting the likelihood of a CR in the future to be near zero.
