What makes you think Qld Steel, Fringe?
Qld Steel appears to have an attractive existing client base and manufacturing ability for large tank construction in Quieensland where such things are now of paramount import for industry - can't find any other Qld companies which have the comparable wherewithal though maybe they are out there.
Yes, they are bigger than the previous acquisitions and you may be right that they could be too pricey. Nor do I know whether they would be looking for an umbrella.
If not Queensland, maybe WA would be an option.
