No real grinding will be needed - these tails have already gone through the mill before.
There is also plenty of lead and silver in the tails, on a similar ratio to the original deposit grades - say 4:1 Znb
There were times when the Pb price was so low that Pb concentrate was just discarded to the tails dam in order to store it out of the way, while Zn conc was sent up the pipe to make the money
