Ionic is better to distance its self from ser .
Ser association is holding it back now if anything . Ser has nothing to offer ionic. Especially cash. Vxl was a disaster so no graphite agreement with them anymore.
Yes - SER at 1.1c ATM - who wants rights to more trouble at 1.2c
IMHO this rights issue is rubbish.
IONIC needs an IPO - That is where the action is.
