The Mediation Conference set for 12th May with MZN regarding the Zinc transaction may help to sway the of market either way, best result is if it doesn,t go to a length trial period.
The Market just hates uncertainty. Just look at what the opportunist MZN has done to their KDR Lithium neighbours SP.
Their trial is set for May sometime, until then everything is in limbo.....
Lets hope Rox can head off any claim which instigates in a Civil trial also. GLTA
