6,700,000 of these escrow shares are held by directors of BKT, per the performance rights announcements of 9/5/16 for 4,466,670 here http://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20160509/pdf/4373sw9n9hf7q5.pdf and 2,233,330 performance rights issued on 1/8/16, here http://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20160801/pdf/4390h172wrjlxp.pdf
As for the remaining 2,388,265 escrow shares, they appear in this announcement of 30/3/15 http://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20150330/pdf/42xlkhnk3f07rf.pdf however I cannot find who they belong to.
i would suggest the selling is the 5 cent BKTOC conversions
