Boom; absolutely love this. ERM are enormous ... "dealt with 50% of fortune 500 companies in last 3 years." Getting rid of the old consulting arm, and leveraging ERMs connections and clients to aggressively grow client base on new SaaS platform. Not only a massive validation and confidence boost that ERM would purchase and partner with EVS ... but watch this space ... $15M market cap .... more like $150M market cap by year end!
(N.B. Obviously I am excited; not upramping ... just feelings of elation after we're finally moving in the right direction)!
