You do get this sudden surge in buying of BOL, from time to time. Consistent with large holders exiting or entering the register.
The key of course is seeing results in performance and from this you will see some consistent buying emerge.
Just watch the volume and price action. If BOL gets back to around 10 cents on dips, I will otherwise add to my longer term holding. DYOR
