Agree totally - I don't think Morales can let them have it even if he wanted to. He has got into power and will maintain his power by continuing to 'protect' the country against the foreign companies taking their assets.
I also expect the silver price to spike, at present looking into the best a cheapest way to buy physical silver bars to get the best exposure to this. Morales will ensure that Bolivia gets the profits from any increases in the silver price, as he already has within the tin mining industry there.
The question for the sp of CDE is how much do you discount the asset for the risk of this - and thats the million dollar question......
