Without a shadow of doubt, the present deal is really bad.
But let's consider the following facts beneath the emotions.
1) This is by far the best publicity BSG had for a long time and it generates a fair deal of interest.
2) Who can say another offer from another quarter will not be made.
I personally do not believe the deal will go through at this first offer.
