Thanks for tip, Ash. I wasn't "spitting at the environmentalists" I was merely pointing out that their guerrilla tactics are obvious and ineffective.

If I were Spanish and I found out that people on an Australian forum were jumping up and down about protecting the interests of the company over the foreign environment, I'd be livid. SO I'm completely considerate of the environmental impacts of our proposed mine but I'm also mindful that the resistance is very small in numbers and complexity. The government, banks, SH and most of the public in these regions see that the benefits outweigh the risks.

The seismic impacts on the dam definitely do require investigation but your assuming that no consideration has been given to this based on this article this morning. Do you honestly think that through the DFS, they would have missed that there's a great big bloody dam in the vicinity? I think not. The article claims the water could flood the mine. Do you again think that we and our design partners haven't considered that? What would be gain from ignoring that 'minor' detail of having a flooded mine?

Take that crap with a grain of salt.
