that sounds bizarre.
Woolies do not pick products from aisles to accommodate online orders.
they have specially built online warehouses that are automated and robotic in operation.
the staff you think are picking online orders are just taking out old stock, and readjusting product placement.
now if these staff had to work outside of hours to readjust product, then the cost would be huge.
ps- i hope you are capable of driving your car a lot better than your shopping trolley.
