Im a usual poster on another stock site, and just popped by here to check it out.

THere is a fair bit of discussion on YTC my usual site (dont know if I can mention the name!!) - but all the guys there say - after having spoken to the company - that it does seem to be oversibscribed, but if you have applied for the minimum then you may be allright.

This is apparently what the company has told those that call.
