EVZ is hopefully Respectable enough now to go the route of Max $5000 by All shareholders.Should have enough FActs to allow a valid Risk assessment in an Offering for them mums'n'dads,even orphans like moi!!
That's why the Sophistos get involved.Cos THEY don't need as stringent Risk Anal/ysis.No they THEY get deep discount and an opportunity to sell their existing holdings above the certainty of the Place price.
