I was told that the reason for Riekie coming on board as Chairman was for corporate activity. Hopefully, this is that start of several developments.
Whilst, I am not particular enthused about the dilution, lets face it, SBS was never going to attract a great deal of market attention for its African projects. At least with the backing of Anvil, some market watchers will take note.
Anvil isn't interested in a passive investment. At some stage they will make a takeover offer.
Anvil conducted a radiometric survey over its tenements in December. I believe that they have found some good uranium anomalies. I suspect that they will be packaged up with SBS's uranium projects in a new float.
I am not expecting much to happen in the short term, but as the relationship gets bedded down, long term holders will be amply rewarded.
