lol that's absurd... just because Pak proposed a $10m for 10% doesn't necessarily mean the whole project is worth that much. The company in this case has not suffered any loss (well apart from the whatever costs incurred as a result of the delay in funding from Pak - which shouldn't be much anyway). The dilution was a hit on the shareholders, not the company so GMC as an entity has no basis for the claim.
